In response to popular requests from our self-assembly distributors, Aflex Hose has developed a range of PTFE encapsulated end fittings, enabling distributors to assemble the Aflex hose range with PTFE lined fittings, advancing their expertise and services to surpass the expectations of the international process markets. This enables our ever-growing international customer base to utilise the world's premium process hose technologies, complemented with PTFE lined end fittings, assembled and supplied by your local Aflex Hose distributor.

Encapsulated fittings provide a fully PTFE lined fitting with a flared face, and have a significantly larger bore than conventional PFA encapsulated fittings. Encapsulated fittings offer an alternative to conventional non-lined fittings, and are becoming increasingly popular due to the ease of assembly involved with the product. Fully integral lined PTFE assemblies are also available from Aflex Hose, which can be despatched within an extremely competitive time period and offer the full benefits of lined hose assemblies such as the full hose bore size through the end fitting, and the guarantee of no internal entrapment zones.

Aflex's PTFE encapsulated end fittings have undergone rigorous performance tests, to ensure there is no divergence from the most highly regarded hose assemblies that are synonymous with the Aflex brand. These tests include:

• Burst Pressure Testing
• Helium Diffusion Pressure Testing
• 'Rolling U' Continuous Flex Testing
• Various other industry standard tests
