PTFE Beaded Triclover Fittings for BioPharm Hose applications

Yet another new end fitting design from Aflex Hose, developed in response to customer requests.

Several of our BioPharm Hose customers were using triclover connections with PTFE triclover 'envelope' gaskets, to avoid contact between the fluid passing through, and the rubber used in conventional gaskets.

These gaskets are difficult to use, fail prematurely, and do not always form a reliable seal.

Aflex Hose have responded with the PTFE Beaded Triclover Fitting.

This design prevents fluid contact with both the steel fitting and any rubber component, and permits full-bore fluid flow through the joint without any crevices. The seal is reliable, and long lasting.
