To maintain our position of premier hose manufacturer to the worlds leading Pharmaceutical and Chemical companies, Aflex have installed a silicone/rubber covering extrusion line.

The development of a process capable of processing silicone and EPDM rubber allows us to extrude the cover directly onto our Bioflex, Corroflon, Pharmaline and Pharmalex product range.

This significant investment is part of our commitment to continuously improve the quality of our product range and represents years of continuous Technical Development.

The extrusion incorporates new and innovative engineering processes, to ensure customers receive the best quality product and continuing to meet the demands of today’s markets. Standard colours for this process are white and clear silicone, and black and blue on the EPDM cover. Other colours are available to order, allowing for colour coding for use for different processes and products and corporate branding.

Again, this development allows Bioflex and Corroflon to maintain their market leader status and when coupled with their sister products Pharmaline and Pharmalex you have a hose for all occasions.
