The all new, multi-purpose facility was designed with the intention to further advance an enriched relationship between our customers, suppliers, and employees, offering a personalised communication system and enhanced technical support structure. The contemporary conference suite also offers an exclusive setting where Aflex are proud to accommodate our clients, and utilise the elite features to demonstrate the exceptional customer support and world renowned product capabilities that have become associated with the Aflex brand.

Operating a versatile conference and technical training centre gives Aflex the ability to hold video and telephone conferences through the use of a high-tech interactive board, and Polycom conference technology, expanding Aflex’s communication capabilities, which have reached new heights since the introduction of our executive suite. In addition, the recent developments now allow Aflex to view any technical questions our customers may have via the use of web cameras. Subsequently, Aflex are able to offer a live video feed to show the solution to any question, and the technology even allows you the opportunity to watch real time hose assembly and testing!

Using the same system, the new conference facility allows delegates to meet face to face through the use of this cutting edge interactive video technology, from the comfort of your own office, allowing Aflex to achieve even greater communications with our international client base.

Employee training was another significant factor in our decision to upgrade upon the existing conference and training centre, presenting Aflex Hose with an opportunity to integrate improved training methods, into an interactive environment, to build upon our successful integral training structure, which guarantees our production and sales staff have unrivalled technical knowledge and sales service to compliment the world’s leading PTFE lined hose products.
