As we emerge from these uncertain economic times, many companies reduce quality or source materials from overseas markets. Aflex decided not to follow the crowd and have instead invested in the future of the company with the expansion of our state of the art machine shop, incorporating CNC machines, electropolishing and certified welding facilities. This enables Aflex to continue to supply products that the market demands at competitive prices without compromise to quality.

Consistently high requirement for Aflex products influenced the expansion, combined with Aflex's commitment to provide customers with an efficient service. The new machine shop enables Aflex to keep up with the rising demand and continue to offer our customers the service that is expected of Aflex Hose.

Aflex Hose Ltd has always been committed to improvements to our product ranges, customer service and quality systems. The recent expansion to our facility allows Aflex to extend our manufacturing capabilities of hose end fittings, and is part of our continual program to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers worldwide. Aflex now manufacture end fittings for both stock and to order giving us total control of our supply chain and allowing our customers greater control of their inventory.

Aflex end fittings are technically designed to correspond with Aflex PTFE hose, offering the ultimate hose for process fluid applications. All our products are manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems.

Aflex are now able to supply loose, standard end fittings, ferrules and adaptors to customers who are able to assemble themselves as well as customer specified end fittings in different sizes, materials, and finishes. Some Aflex end fittings are also compatible with other hoses.
